Title: Borked Fireplaces in Row Houses
Reproduction Rate: Seen it several times.
    Blocker? No

Details: This problem first appeared over the summer, I believe in the same release that we got the ability to set default on/off states for fireplaces. The specs below are for offline mode, but I've seen the same thing in online mode -- not with my own online houses, but with other people's who weren't logging in regularly. I haven't been able to pinpoint it, but I think it's happening to fireplaces that were already lit when the changeable settings were implemented.

The result is fireplaces that have the big glowing embers even when they're off. The animated flames work, the light source works, the sound effects work, but the logs stay permanently orange even when the fire isn't lit.

In one case, I bought the online vacant lot and the problem resolved itself when I replaced the default house with a new one. But I haven't found any way to resolve it when replacing the house isn't a feasible option.

I've seen this in at least a few different row house models, including vacant default ones.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-8130U CPU @ 2.20GHz (4) System RAM: 8089
GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 GPU RAM: 2150
    SotA.Win.64.1077.Date.11.20.19
    Area: Ardoris
    Area Display Name: Ardoris
    Loc: (154.9, 54.5, -273.2)
    Debug: QXJkb3Jpc3x8KDE1NC44ODUsIDU0LjUyOCwgLTI3My4yMDIpfCgwLCAwLjc1OSwgMCwgMC42NTEpfDExNzguNzE0fDIwLjkxOTE2fDEuMjU=

EDIT: I just checked by replacing my borked default house (a 4-story wood & plaster in Ardoris) with an empty row lot, and when I replaced the house, the fireplace was STILL borked. It was a while ago, so I'm not entirely sure, but I think the time the replacement "worked" might have been an abandoned nondefault house, that was replaced by a default house when it fell and then replaced again with my different nondefault house. So now I'm completely at a loss for how to fix it.
