Bow Shooting Animation for Skills Doesn't Face Target

    Title: Bow Shooting Animation for Skills Doesn't Face Target
    Repro Rate: 100%
    Blocker: No
    Details: When you auto attack or use free attack your avatar's bow is drawn the animation places the bow in front of you, towards the enemy. When you use a skill, the bow animation places the arm and bow at an angle approaching 90 of the direction you are facing. The best way to see what's happening is to get a bow and use a ranged skill. (I didn't have any skills other than the starter skills, so use Aimed shot for example to see the effect.)
    Steps:
    - make a ranger
    - head to Solace Bridge to fight stuff
    - fight the skeletons
    - turn on auto attack and note whether the animation places the left arm and bow
    - use free attack and notie the arm and bow placement
    - use aimed shot
    - notice that the arm and bow placement is toward the side and not forward

    My charge attack does shoot properly, but I went use glyph attacks my avatar also showed this behavior as well.

    Thank you for reporting! This is a known issue with changes that we are making to ranged attack animations.
