Break Armor skill at 120 and Bludgeon Spec 100 doesn't feel very rewarding

    I was running around Tanglemire and killing Noble Stags and Massive Crocodiles. I then experimented by placing a 1 stack Break Armor and a 6 stack Break Armor skill on the creatures. Also of note I have the Bludgeon Spec skill at 100.

    At a Break Armor skill of 120, a 1 stack will place a -30.7 Damage Resistance for 30 Seconds. A 6 stack of Break Armor does -38.4 Damage Resistance for (around) 60 Seconds.

    A variance of only 7.7 Damage Resistance with 100 Bludgeon Spec really seems off. Currently, I don't even see any reason to even do a 6 stack Break Armor, for very little variance. Is this possibly a bug, or am I missing something?
