Brekken Bay "?"

Hello, was wondering on "If" they were gonna place a Town Crier in Brekken bay??

Trying to find lots that can be claimed but get lost at times

Thanks for the Pic, went to the Docks and only a guard roaming and that Husky were near it

 

he was near the statue more to center of town

 

You should now have town crier on the compass (i'm not sure if you need to "discover" one in that town first, though).

 

Can you still press P to see the smoke wisp rise from a lot stone?
