Brittany Alleys merchants discrepancies

    1. Title: Brittany Alleys merchants
    2. Reproduction Rate:100
    3. Blocker?no, or NPC lost or simple I missed.
    4. Details:After looking around quite a bit I have noticed a couple NPC discrepancies.
    5. 1- No Tailer in Tailor store - Area: Brittany Alleys (Novia_R3_City_Brittany_Alley) Loc: (50.8, 44.6, 120.4)
    6. 2-no crafting supplies merchant (else I missed it, using Sotamap)
    7. 3- 2 Fishing supplies merchants (sells identical goods and they are in close proximity to one another)
