[Brittany Estates] Running water sound from Stream is disproportionately loud

    Title: [Brittany Estates] Running water sound from Stream is disproportionately loud

    Blocker? No
    Details: The steam sounds from flowing water in Brittany Estates (At least where the loc is) is extremely loud compared to everything else. While it is affected by the SFX slider, I can still hear the stream when I've got it turned down most of the way and can't hear any other SFX.
    Steps to Reproduce: Walk to Brittany Estates, run down a stream with SFX turned on.
