Title: Broken Hoe cannot be destroyed

Details: Broken Hoe does not offer Destroy option in right click menu, only equip. Not absolutely sure where I got this one, but it shows value 0 so it may be from the original character kit. I left it in my bank account so it will hopefully be easy to verify. Can move it elsewhere if that's easier.
Steps to Reproduce:Select Broken Hoe, right mouse it.

This may be a starter item.

I will submit it for review by dev.

 

I suspect it is a starter item, based on the value and that I hadn't done much farming until the last release. You should still be able to destroy it when it wears out...
