    My new player can't enter the rift to leave the oracle--I entered once and the game crashed after I logged back in hte rift is dimmer and nothing happens when I walk into it-

    Would be good to tell, if this happens in online or offline mode and some tech information, like operating system, Grafics adapter ...

    @DeltaPapa I would suggest that as you have gotten no where really in the game, delete that character and start again
