BUG - Chat interface, some tabs have broken settings menu

1. Title: Chat interface, some tabs have broken settings menu
2. Reproduction Rate: No idea
3. Blocker? No
4. Details: Before R27 launch, I had three tabs: Main, Combat, and NPC. After R27, my tab NPC gear menu seems to render behind the chat window. It is inaccessible. I cannot change any settings on the tab or delete the tab.
5. Steps to Reproduce: No idea, create a few tabs and see if any of them break. I haven't been able to reproduce this on any tabs created post-R27 launch.
6. User Specs: Win10 64bit

 

Restarted client, the NPC tab menu can now be accessed. Still a bug but oh well?

The "Remove Tab" button could be pressed since it is not occluded by the chat window itself, but nothing else was clickable.

Effect appears to be random : My "Everything" options window appeared correctly Z sorted.

Same issue here and rebooting the game did not allowed my to check any option nore remove the tab.

 

/whisper by right clicking on a player is not recoverable. (it sticks in the tab and wont remove) The player name seems to be permanently stuck in that tab.
