/bug is launching Chrome instead of Firefox

    Details: My default browser is Firefox, it's already running
    Steps to Reproduce: Type /bug into the chat window
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 Fedora 23 64bit
    CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor (4) System RAM: 7982
    GPU: GeForce GTX 760/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.393.Date.03.07.16

    Note that this launching of Chrome also seems to kill the Steam overlay.
