[Bug] Reach for polearm no longer affects polearm skills

    1. Title: Reach for polearm no longer affects polearm skills
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: Reach no longer affects polearm distance. Base pole is 3m .... with reach @ 80 it should be 4.2
    5. Steps to Reproduce: untrain reach ... train reach.

    Appears that this is for the Ornate Sythe..... it's base range is not 3m
