Bugged out converstaion grannus mara and demig

    Title: Conversation with grannus
    Reproduction Rate: impossible to reproduce locked out
    Blocker? yes
    Details: after getting the rod and returning to valhold the conversation proceeded until demig came it then went in circles and i was forced to relog upon exit the guards now say that mara is dead and i cannot enter but i never got to that point so i can not continue in the quest line.
