Bulwark of Earth among Earth skill that were reduced by 25%?

    I am trying to track down and figure our why the same armor I had pre R47 went down 2.3 points and if not what could be the other possibilities?

    Did you have all the same pieces, any dread artifacts on or perhaps a cloak on that provided some DR?
    I'm not sure what could have caused that either, at the moment...

    Yes I had Dread artifacts on and obsidian cloak, did they change the DR on those?
