Bulwark of Earth not working

    My chars Str. was 75, 85 buffed with Str of earth.... I have set some skills to not train, and some to maintain so I could raise Bulwark of earth.... I raised it 7 lvls, and noticed I still have 75 str unbuffed, and 85 str buffed.

    I believe it is bugged....

    I raised Train str up another lvl, and with the str of earth buff it raised from 85 to 86, but without the strength of earth buff, I am still 75 str. My base strength will not go up.
