Buried stash locator.

    The problem with burying your loot is trying to remember where you buried it. If however you were able to craft some sort of magical transmitter and receiver, you could then bury the transmitter with your loot. Of course these would have to only allow you to find your loot and not everyone else's loot.

    If you're going to bury your loot somewhere, I say there should be risk someone else will find it and take it.

    The higher your proficiency in the skill for marking the location, the harder it is to locate. On the flip side, there would be another skill for locating marked locations, and the higher your skill level the smaller area you can narrow it down to.

    I like the idea.
    I'd have it on some kind of map.
    And maybe the map is worth so much by how much you buried.
    That way you could give out some copies if you want.
    And if the treasure is dug up then it would show completed.
