Busy/empty periods for multi play

Having participated in the pre-alpha since release one, on and off, I've started settling in to play regularly, and I was wondering if anyone's been tracking when the game tends to be most populous.

I'm in France, so I'm on CET time (UTC +1) and tend to play most often during the evenings. Predictably, weekends and Friday nights, particularly around release launches, tend to be busy, but, say 23:00 on a Tuesday night seems to be pretty dead.

I've been using the event calendar at http://avatarscircle.com/community-events-eu-central-european/ to find out when gatherings are scheduled, but if anyone has any more general scheduling observations, I'd love to hear them!
