"buy"/"browse"/whatever should always be the first keyword on a vendor NPC

    Details: When you talk to an NPC, the keywords list tries to sort your most recently used keywords last, and dims the "no longer important" ones. The problem is that this can cause the "buy" keyword that opens the vendor window to sort to a later page of keywords. Since the thing you *usually* want to do with a vendor NPC is buy stuff, it quickly becomes a pain in the ass if you don't enable the skip option. Please make it so that the "buy" keyword is never demoted and always shows up first. (It should always show first because not every vendor has it as "buy", which makes searching even more troublesome. There are at least two NPCs in Kingsport which use "browse", and I think I've seen other keywords used too, perhaps on public vendors.)
