Buying items from merchant default value to MAX

When buying an item for the first time for any merchant, it will default the value to max items. This is a bad thing if you are buying a repair kit and all 400 load on you, and the 15 second lag hits that never goes away and you end up spending 40,000 gold on all the repair kits.

Please fix it so the default value is 1.
