Title:10,000 XP not received from oracle
Reproduction Rate:1st, time, can't try again until tomorrow
Blocker?blocks me from getting my 10,000 XP
Details:went to Oracle upon logging in for the day, took my test, and received 500 gold and 500 experience needed for skill development. Did not receive the 10,000 XP that was supposed to tied to Oracle with R45
Steps to Reproduce: Go to Oracle, do test

It did work for me. I know that doesn't help you but it is somewhat functional.

@Marrit I would note that you no longer get 10k xp to the crafting pool, only to the adventurer's pool... A screenshot in this case of the chat box showing what the oracle rewarded you with would have been useful as well, so if it happens again, please grab one.

 

Four characters, four oracle conversations, zero 10,000xp bonuses for me. One character has been on a few times, but the other three last logged on (and last did the Oracle test) at around 9am server time on Wednesday.

Read where this was fixed in today's patch, but I still did not get the experience bonus on 2 of my characters just now but got the $$ and Exp from the Test with the Oracle. I purposely did not log in last night for the Bonus Experience where I could be sure to have a clean slate for testing today. Will try again tomorrow and see if it will work.

 

XP has been reverted to daily server delivery again. A bit of flip-flopping occurred after it came to our attention that for many players the time it would take to travel to a town with an oracle to receive the daily XP would be too much of a burden.

 

OK, but is it daily delivery once per day in line with the Oracle reset time, or back to having to log on more than 24 hours after we last received it?

 

Today one character out of four received the 10,000xp bonus. Three of my characters are still yet to receive any daily bonus XP in R45.

 

Experiencing no longer delivers from the oracle. It runs on the old timer and is delivered on login.

 

Which is why I posted a screenshot of the same character as I posted yesterday so that you could see that the only difference in the XP pool was the 500 just gained from the oracle.

 

Thanks for the clarification. Now I just need to remember what the old timing was. FYI - I did receive the bonus when I logged in this morning so all is right with the world now that I know what to expect.

 

So the entire reported problem from the beginning was the old timer issue... Will that be fixed in the future so that it operates on a reset similar to that of the Oracle?

What we basically wanted was the 10k exp on the same timer as the oracle (IE a global reset) so if I logged in really late one night, I wouldn't HAVE to still be logged in so late the next night and all the coming nights to receive the bonus.

Is this possible while we're actually changing it?

Well, this was the last time I received the bonus (Wednesday night):

I did not visit the Oracle on 31 August.

I've logged in twice today-- once under build 652 around 12:36PM my time (11:36 AM CDT) and under build 656 at 5:31PM my time. A search of the Chat Log for 1 September 2017 for "10,000" does not return anything. I did not receive a message in the chat window, either. "Experience" and "bonus" return lines in Nobles Chat discussing the issue. I keep track of my experience points and have not noticed a 10,000 jump today.



Okay. I finally received the bonus today.

Seen the bonus applied correctly across 3 accounts after logging in.
