[By design] Ardoris bridge has been deserted since R43 dropped...

    1. Title: missing npcs
    2. Reproduction Rate: everytime
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: there no guards, merchants, chickens or cows on the bridge into Ardoris, the stalls are there but nobody is ever home. The boatman is missing too.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: just enter the scene and head across the bridge.
    6. User Specs: i7 12GB gtx660ti SSD multiuser mode.
