    details: bank device not avilable despite public
    steps:

    I set my device public, brainmanager couldnt access it still, even when grouped (which works on the dummy)

    Access starts at Kindred permissions level. Setting it to not be Private only means that others can use it at the appropriate permissions, and not just you.
