Details: Speaking with Commander Alberic and asking " teach " - triggered a journal entry and current task, even though I already have this unlocked.
Steps to Reproduce: Speak w/ Commander Alberic, and ask about " teach "

As designed. There's no way to tell if you've already had it unlocked, so everyone gets the quest line in this newbie area. Just go to Aerie and speak to the blacksmith to clear the task and get a small reward.
