    1. Title: command /bug launches browser to R51 bug forum
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: encountered a bug and used /bug to generate the stats to report, posted into the R51 bug forum and glad i checked it this morning :) Might end up with a few missing bug reports.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: /bug in the chat window
