[By design] Celestial Blessing still has focus penalty

    Details: The other buffs - Strength of Earth, Air's Embrace and Enlightenment no longer have penalties, but Celestial Blessing still has a focus penalty when in use.
    Steps to Reproduce: When using Celestial Blessing, notice that there is still a penalty during use.

    @discipleofweb It's not on the list of spells affected:

    • Enlightenment, Strength of Earth, Air’s Embrace: Going forward, only one of these three skills will be usable at once. Additionally, the negative side effect of each one has been removed.
