[By Design] Claiming items in Bank

4. Details: I normally do a Claim Rewards periodically throughout the Release just in case something new was added like Telethon rewards, etc. So I Claimed Rewards today and received the notice of "You have successfully claimed new rewards" which I always get when there are in fact new rewards for me. However there are no new rewards in my bank. I claimed again and then got the standard "you have no new rewards to claim" which what I would expect to get if I had none on the first claim
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to the Banker. Select Claim Rewards. Wait for confirmation message. Receive message that new rewards have been claimed. Look in bank and no new rewards listed. Click on Claim Rewards again. Wait for confirmation message. Receive message that there are no new rewards to claim.

So either I really don't have any new rewards to claim and if that is the case then I should not receive the message that I claimed new rewards OR I do have new rewards to claim and they didn't make it to my bank.

 

This is happening to me as well.

 

This happened to me as well. We received a new fire dance emote today Thats what it was I bet.

 

Ah - I bet you are correct and that would probably not show up in the bank.

Here is what I found in the Release Notes - the Reward that was claimed was a change to the Fan Emote.

• /fan emote: This emote is now properly set to be teachable (you can Claim Rewards at the bank to upgrade a previously un-teachable version)

 

Confirmed. Emotes are delivered via the bank system. That's what this was.
