[By design] Commision Free Vendor doesn't move with lot.

Title: Commision Free Vendor doesn't move with lot.

Details: I packed up my Village lot into property manager which had a commission free vendor on it and moved the marker up to a different spot in my POT. When I reclaimed the new location and put my saved property back down, everything transferred except the vendor (who is now standing in the middle of my POT right in the same place hhe was standing when the lot was there.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a village lot marker down in a POT and claim it.
2. Place a commission free vendor on the lot
3. Save the lot into property manager
4. Unclaim the lot and move the marker to a new location.
5. Claim the new marker with and restore the saved lot
6. Vendor should pop up in the old spot in the POT where it was (now with no marker).

The vendor now stays as a design change - this was done due to multiple player requests. I'm sorry for the confusion. You can still move it of course, but it won't happen automatically.
