[By design]Conversation keyword dropdown missing from all the conversations...

I can't seem to find the dropdown of keywords when talking to NPCs. I'm in Solace Bridge Outskirts and no NPCs appear to have the keyword dropdown. Also, better yet just add the horizontal keywords back, as I really liked that, and now it will take me an extra click just to get the keywords list before I can choose something.

 

they are there but you have to find the small arrow pointing down and there they are again but this is only a per conversation toggle
