[By Design]Death Timer on First Resurection at Ankn takes approximately 10 seconds

    Title: Death Timer on First Resurrection at Ankh takes approximately 10 seconds used to be immediate.
    Reproduction Rate: ???
    Blocker? No but just another time consumer we do not need
    Details: Died in Serpent Spines Mine and it took 10 second to resurrect at Ankh and approximately 5 seconds to get to Ankh. Used to be immediate Ressrection on first Death.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16336
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU RAM: 2016
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.472.Date.03.21.17
    Area: Novia_R9_Hills01_SerpentsSpineMines
    Area Display Name: Serpent's Spine Mines
    Loc: (-89.4, 23.6, -20.5)
