Title: Dye Question on Swift Refine and Batching
Reproduction Rate: tried at least 20 times -- making leather, the Swift Refine and Batching increase

Details: Dye Question: I have the second level refine skill in Tanning, however I noticed no increase in them when making dye.
Steps to Reproduce: Make dye

It's because dyes are not under the 'refining' category. Making these won't up your refining skills.
