[By design] Efficient Refine Materials does not work on Maple Board

    4. While crafting Maple Boards, no extras were received. Efficient Refine is turned up and the skill did not increase.

    It *only* applies to refining skills. The best way to check if you are not sure is first check in the recipe book. "Refined Materials" is the category to look for each.

    Correct, and to make this more clear to you, Maple Board is a "Component" not a "Refined Material".
