    Details: 1st floor window shutters on most house types are defaulting to open
    Steps to Reproduce: observe houses

    The "Wood & Plaster 2-Story with Balcony Village Home (digital)" had some of the shutters on the back open in QA, I haven't checked live.

    I like it though :p

    I kinda like it also @Lexie - just being thorough tho.. I saw it in Pristine Gothic Mansion, and on 4 story stone row houses

    Gotcha - thanks @Attenwood - I didn't see it in the patch notes so I thought it was a bug -- (I prefer them open by default - so yay! a Feature!)

    i filled 2 topics for the shutters always closed .. i love the new shutters opened :) i also don't see the change on the changes-list
