[By design] Ignite Weapon is removing its effect upon deck swap

    1. Title: Ignite Weapon is removing itself upon deck swap
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Cast Ignite Weapon on my sword, and it becomes active. Then swap the deck, and once it swaps, both the Ignite Weapon effect and spell icon disappear.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Successfully cast ignite weapon on sword. 2. Swap Deck
    6. User Specs: Tried it both on PC and MacOS

    Yes, this is intended due for balancing reasons. This way avatars cannot get around the glyphs # per deck.
