[By design] Lights inside crypt are "external" lights?

    1. Title: Lights inside crypt are external lights?
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Lights inside crypt are outside lights? I'd expect those to count against INSIDE lights
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Place lot, place crypt, place light in crypt, see external lights count go up.
    6. User Specs: Not important...

    that's correct. for all that a crypt is enclosed, it's not technically a building. the house that you set at the lot stone controls what's inside and what's out.
