[By design] Milling- Batching and Swift refine

    Details: The skills under the milling tree Batching and Swift refine are not gaining any xp when used. Mine are currently at 18 and should be moving up swiftly but are not moving at all.

    Only recipes under the category of "refined materials" will gain xp for batching and swift refine. So far the only recipes under that category are the different timber types.
