[By Design]Probability of found new recipe of potion in loot

    With build 543 and 544 the probability of finding new potion recipe in loot was too high, but with buil 546 is too low!
    I killed all npc of Deep Ravenswood for 6/7 hours and found 10 potions but not recipes.
    Please check the algorithm.

    I found 2 recipes in Deep Ravenswood today, and after spending 5 hours. Same with yesterday. Potions more so with probably about the same amount as you did. Just the luck of the draw.
