4. Details: When you leave an adventure or twon scene and have the Strength of Earth buff, the buff disappears when you zone to the Overworld map.
5. Steps to Reproduce:
   1. Enter an adventure or town scene.
   2. Cast Strength of earth on yourself
   3. Zone to the overworld map.
   4. The buff will be gone.

@jiirc - Thank you for reporting, however this has always been the case and is working as intended.

 

Combat skill buffs do not persist between scenes. This appears to be working as expected.
