[By design] Task List moved right after creating party

Details:The task list is moved right when I create a party. While I can assign a key to hide the tasklist I cannot move it. This is cumbersome and I'd prefer if the list is moved down and not to the right when a party is created.

it really does have to move right and not down, because a full party of 8 on a smaller monitor actually goes most of the length of the screen. no room for tasks below that.
