[By design] You created an exceptional item: wood pulp

    1. Title: You created an exceptional item: wood pulp
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100% (when exceptional chance triggers)
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: When creating wood pulp from scraps, I occasionally get notified "You crafted an exceptional Item [Recipe: Wood Pulp from Scrap]" in addition to the normal "Item Crafted: Wood Pulp from Scrap" - there is no exceptional chance listed in crafting, nor an exceptional item crafted. Perhaps exceptional chance needs to be turned off for this item?

    nope because you get more exp when you make an exceptional item all is well not a bug.

    You can get it from smelting ore, too - lots of things, actually. Unless it is a crafted item that can also score a +1 the bonus you get here is more XP. Enjoy that extra XP :)
