Cabalist (Avara) and Enrage/Chaotic Feedback

    Title:Enrage triggering Chaotic Feedback
    Reproduction Rate:Unsure 10%?

    Details:When fighting Avara (this does not happen every time but I have had it happen before), when Avara Enrages while getting close to death. I am not using Chaotic Feedback but Avara is casting it on me, and then every time Avara's Enrage ticks, I take Chaotic Feedback damage even though I am not doing anything. Is this working as intended?

    I couldn't even engage in combat with cabalists because of damage from Chaotic Feedback killed me before. Avara and Nefario were in the instance.
