Camera gets stuck

Title: Camera gets stuck
Reproduction Rate: About 20% in some spots
Blocker? No, just annoying
Details: Right click and try to move around with the camera, camera catches on something and can't be moved at all in a particular direction
Steps to Reproduce: Just keep trying it. If you release the right mouse button and press it again then usually free movement is restored

It happens when you're running along too. Suddenly you can't turn left at all.

Running and casting spells gets the camera turned around and pointed at the ceiling. Lag events as scene information cause the camera to hang, so I end up running into buildings or taking a lot of left turns. Spell casting while having the right mouse button down seems to be the problem.

 

Once I start moving, the sensitivity also increases making it difficult to control.
