Can blink past zone-out location in Aerie

    Title: Can blink past zone-out area in Aerie
    Reproduction Rate: Reproducible.
    Blocker? No. Novelty at worst.
    Details: The ground beyond the zone-out around Aerie allows blink. An Avatar can cast blink around the same place as the zone-out message and explore the outer reaches of Aerie, and also prove that Novia is flat!!
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Zone out" message. Blink past the boundary. Fix: prevent ground beyond zone-out in Aerie from being blinkable.
