Can I force a respawn?

    I fell down a cliff in Ravensmoor near the shipwreck and am stuck on the rocks unable to go anywhere. :p I tried quitting and reloading but I'm back in the same spot. Can't jump back up, can't fall any further or hurt myself to respawn.

    What do I do?

    After reloading a 2nd time it let me fall down to the shore. Invisible walls in the ocean stopped me from swimming back to the main beach, but luckily I was able to scamble just high enough up a different part of the cliff to throw myself to my death. Go me.

    Could also /stuck or /zone <player> to bail on getting stuck.
