Can not learnBone Armor Recipes

Hello, I bought all of the bone armor recipes from a vendor yesterday. My tailoring was at 56 then . (Says you must be at 60 proficiency to learn. I went wild on the crafting and raised my skill to 60. I am 3/4ths of the way to 61. I try to learn the recipes and it tells me my proficiency is not high enough. I put them in a chest and then picked them back up, same problem. I logged out and logged back in, same issue. I even waited until this A.M. and tried again. Nothing. Anyone know what is wrong?

 

60 Tailoring skill is not 60 Tailoring proficiency.
Hover with the coursor over the Tailoring skill (k) to see your proficiency.

 

Both fancy tools & fancy tables will increase your proficiency. Equip the tool and open the table and then try to mem the recipe.

It helped me mem a 75 proficiency recipe when I was only at 70.

Also, the devotional tailoring buff will give you an increase as well.

 

72 is the magic number, 72 skill = 60 proficiency
