Can not set my Range skill to maintain only learn and Not Training

I am in need to work on my pool but now cannot lock this skill to maintain which will eat up to much of the exp I need to earn.

What skill level is it currently at,l I looked at mine which says 50 and I can set it to maintain

 

79 I just finished training it and was heading g out to replenish pool and have to train and hunt which is not as efficient, not a huge deal but, I just died so I will try again.

Nope only Train - Not Train - unlearn does not even show up.

 

do you have 2 specialisations? eg is it not letting you pick maintain cos its adjusting the other incorrectly?
