Steps to Reproduce:
- Set up deck to have unlocked ring of fire and meteor shower.
- wait for them to pop up
- use keyboard to select, glyph highlights but does not cast

I'm not able to replicate this. I headed off to the Twin Foothills entrance. Had my spear Combat Deck equipped. I have Meteor Shower in the deck at the 7 key. I clicked the 7 key on my keyboard, moved the mouse so it was somewhat near by me, left clicked, and it cast Meteor Shower just fine?

The AOE area indicators are still invisible. So targeting it might be difficult currently with it invisible. Also tried Immolation (pressing the 1 key) and ignite weapon (3 key). All worked fine. I don't have Ring of Fire skill though to test that.

The AOE indicators being invisible may have thrown off my perceptions. The indicators are back are working normally in 797. Flame effects are back to normal as well.
