Can sell POT-restricted items on vendors

    Blocker? Not really, but may decrease value of select POTs.
    Description: POT-placeable-only items such as NPC merchants can be sold on vendors. Most players will not know these are NPC-only items. In addition, these merchants are worth little to POT owners with a full set (e.g. POT owners who haven't sold them off), as POTs have merchant-placement limits. Also, these CAN be placed on public vendors, begging the question - if not sold, are they destroyed?
