Can still loot Shard of a Vermillion Lens from Pool of Destiny

    Title: Can still loot Shard of a Vermillion Lens from Pool of Destiny
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Despite completing the main storyline and obtaining my Shroud of the Avatar, I can still loot one of the pieces of the Vermillion Lens from the Pool of Destiny
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Complete quest chain Reassemble Vermillion Lens
    2. Visit Pool of Destiny in The Epitaph
    3. Loot the Pool and notice the Shard
