Can you still get back to the Isle of Storms somehow?

    Jump in any lunar rift and go to any destination. Then jump back in at that place and you'll land in Isle of Storms.

    Unless you're saying that no longer works with this update? Because there's a quest there. Unless that's gone too.

    It must be broken and I've done the cloak quest twice, thinking I missed something the first time. :(
