    Title: Cannot Claim Reward Character Name Change Voucher
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Somewhat, can't claim vouchers
    Details: Shows on my account I have 4 "Reward Character Name Change Voucher", which are not claimed
    Steps to Reproduce: Head to bank, click claim rewards, receive nothing.

    @inverseflux, that's correct. those are not in-game items. service vouchers stay on your account until you use them via support email, at which point the person taking care of your request will delete the voucher from your account manually.
