    Title: Cannot damage phoenix.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes.
    Details: I was just in Wynton's Folly to kill Riei Firefeather with a group and we could not damage the phoenix at all! We spent probably ten minutes trying and inflicted zero damage.
    Steps to Reproduce: Fight Riei Firefeather.

    phoenix dead, no issues as instance master solo. Now I'm not sure on this but I bet if I was instance master in party, I would not have problems either, but would have to test it.
